Welcome to Anthony’s Tree Service. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services Provided

Anthony’s Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree care services, including tree removal, tree trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, lot clearing, and related tree maintenance work. All services will be performed as outlined during the estimate or booking process.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are based on the scope of work, tree size, property conditions, equipment required, labor, and disposal needs. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions, additional work, or changes to the project scope are discovered on-site.

3. Cancellations

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Property Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the work area. Additional charges may apply for restricted access, hazardous conditions, excessive debris, hidden obstacles, utility conflicts, or unforeseen site conditions that impact the completion of the work.

5. Liability

Anthony’s Tree Service is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, underground utilities not disclosed by the client, hidden structural defects, or damages resulting from severe weather, natural tree failure, or undisclosed site conditions. While every effort is made to perform services safely and professionally, clients acknowledge the inherent risks associated with tree care and removal services.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and collection costs where permitted by law.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Anthony’s Tree Service reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue work if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable for service completion.

8. Modifications

Anthony’s Tree Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
